About Andrea Fenton

My real estate journey began with a simple question: Why wasn’t homeownership a tradition in my family?

That curiosity grew into a deep commitment to help others, especially whānau, achieve the dream of owning or selling property with confidence and clarity. Since earning my real estate license, I’ve listed over 30 properties and sold more than 20 as a sole agent, and I continue to grow every year.

What sets me apart as a real estate professional is my genuine care for the people behind every sale. Every vendor has a different story and reason for moving on, and I take the time to understand their situation fully. My clients know that I’ll support them 100 percent, offering clear advice, tailored strategies, and constant communication from start to finish.

I’m proud to be especially effective with first-time sellers, family home transitions, and rental property investors.

Beyond real estate, I’m deeply involved in the Rotorua community. I’m the secretary at Tō Te Rā Kohanga Reo, and I’m actively involved with Te Kura o Te Koutu where my children attend. I play netball for Whakarewarewa, attend the gym daily, and support my son’s local rugby team. These community roots not only keep me grounded, but they also help me connect with a wide range of people throughout the region.

My cultural identity and use of Te Reo Māori in my signage and communication make many of my clients feel at ease and truly understood.
